Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) powder is a kind of water-soluble environment-friendly polymer, which has good film-forming property, emulsifying property and adhesive property. The film formed by it has excellent adhesion, solvent resistance, friction resistance, tensile strength and oxygen barrier property. Because polyvinyl alcohol has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups, it has inter-facial activity, so polyvinyl alcohol can be used as protective colloid for polymer emulsification and suspension polymerization.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
◎ Water solubility: it is easily soluble in water at normal temperature, and the aqueous solution is transparent. Non-toxic, harmless, safe and environmentally friendly.
◎ Chemical resistance: At normal temperature, its water-soluble PH value is about 5-7, its viscosity is stable, and it is hardly affected by weak acid, weak base or organic solvent (ester, ketone, higher alcohol, hydrocarbon), and its oil resistance is extremely high.
◎ miscibility: it can be miscible with starch, synthetic resin, cellulose derivatives and various surfactants and has good stability.
MAIN APPLICATIONS
◎ Polyvinyl alcohol powder can be widely used in various dry powder rubber powder, dry powder putty, dry powder mortar and additives in oil field cementing; Coal and road environmental protection dust suppressant; Ceramic tile adhesive, plastering gypsum adhesive, etc. It is especially suitable as putty for internal and external walls and additive for building mortar, which can improve its flexibility, water retention, reduce friction, enhance work efficiency and quality (prevent cracking and falling off of plaster layer, and increase adhesion strength and smoothness).

USAGE METHOD
◎ The polyvinyl alcohol powder can be used after being stirred and mixed evenly according to the required amount. Suggested addition amount: 0.3-3% of the total amount of putty powder (mortar)
◎ Dissolution method: polyvinyl alcohol powder can be dissolved at normal temperature. When dissolving, the product can be slowly added to water while stirring (do not dissolve the product directly to avoid the phenomenon of the outside dissolution but does not dissolve on the inside), or the product can be dissolved after being evenly mixed with other powders.
PACKAGING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
◎ Packing method: Paper-plastic composite bags with plastic film inner bags, each with a net weight of 25kg. ◎ Transportation: clean transportation tools shall be used during transportation to prevent moisture, rain and sun; Handle with care to prevent the package from being broken by scratch.
◎ Storage: Store in a dry and well-ventilated room at 5-30℃. Keep away from the heat source, keep away from humidity and sun exposure. After opening the bag, it should be sealed with a shelf life of 36 months.
ACCEPTANCE RULES
1. According to the test method specified in GB/t1210.3-2010.
2. Before leaving the factory, the polyvinyl alcohol powder products shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of our factory to ensure that the products meet the corresponding quality standards or contract standards. The user has the right to carry out quality acceptance on the received polyvinyl alcohol powder products according to the corresponding standards. If there is any objection, it shall be raised within one month after receiving the product, which shall be resolved through negotiation between the supplier and the demander. If more than one third of this batch of products are used, our factory has the right to refuse re-inspection.
